Ulcer Symptoms | Types of Ulcer and their causes with remedy

  • Cabbage is a well known natural ulcer remedy. Doctors reportedly used it decades before antibiotics were available to help heal stomach ulcers.
  • Yogurt and kefir contain good bacteria that can inhibit Helicobacter pylori and this may as well help ulcers to heal faster.
  • Stop excessive with pain relievers. If you regularly use pain relievers that increase your risk of peptic ulcer, take steps to reduce your risk of stomach problems by taking your medication with meals and avoid taking drugs with empty stomach unless its an advice from your doctor.
  • Eat a diet rich in fiber, basically from vegetables and fruits.
  • Avoid taking of spicy food all the time.
  • Quit from smoking, smoking increases the risk of peptic ulcer.
  • Eat more garlic regularly: Garlic has antimicrobial and antibacterial properties that may help prevent ulcers and heal them quicker.
  • Honey as one of the remedy: The people who consume honey on a regularly bases can enjoy a range of health benefits. A research made has shown that honey has antimicrobial effects against Helicobacter pylori. It suggests that honey could be useful for treating stomach ulcers.
  • Mastic Gum Kills Helicobacter pylori. From my research low doses of mastic gum 1mg per day for two weeks can cure peptic ulcers very fast.

Ulcer Healing
